Rent tents, tables, and chairs

Proceeds from rentals help us support local non-profits.
We have some flexibility but usually our volunteers deliver on Friday mornings and pick up on Monday mornings.
Tent options and prices
Tents are 20 feet wide and can be 20, 30, or 40 feet long. For more coverage we can put tents side-by-side or end-to-end. We can add sides, too - the photo gallery below shows a tent with sides.

20' x 20' tent
Under a 20' x 20' tent you could do six tables and 48 chairs.
20' x 30' tent
Under a 20' x 30' tent you could do nine tables and 72 chairs.
Another arrangement under a 20' x 30' tent has 12 tables and 78 chairs.
20' x 40' tent
Under a 20' x 40' tent you could do 12 tables and 96 chairs.
Another arrangement under a 20' x 40' tent has 18 tables and 114 chairs.
